She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urbonovic and Evelyn Urbonovic. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Applegate; her family, Cathy Doll (Chris), Cindy Donner and Jason Applegate (Kerry); her grandchildren, Connor Doll, Megan Donner, Amie Donner, Caleb Doll, Laney Applegate and Morgan Applegate; and her sister Beverly Lane (Ralph). She is also survived by her husband, children grandchildren.
