She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilfred Ross and Ida Ross; her close friends, Sharlene Bannoura, Rhonda Phipps (Jim) and Marilyn Farren (Ken); her sisters, Melvina Labre (Gerry) and Verna Barstead (Ken); her significant other Alvin Richway; and her son Brian Richway. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, many bonus grandchildren.
