It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Marie Carlson of Holly, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Dewey and Eleanor Dewey (Erickson); her husband Elmer Middleton; her half-sisters, CarolAnn and Clair; her daughter Lorie Davis (Clyde); her grandchildren, Jessica Rutledge (Brian), Steven Holmes (Mariah), Cory Davis and Cami Davis (Andrew Cross); her great grandchildren, Tristan, Viktor Rutledge, Jocelyn, Maleina, Micah Holmes, Bob, Karen Scott and David Carlson; and her son Steven Middleton. She was also cherished by two grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
With the comfort and love Dee received from animals in mind; the family strongly encourages memorial contributions in lieu of flowers to the Paradise Animal Rescue, Lapeer.
