He was predeceased by: his parents, Cratus Riley and Atrell Riley (Joyner); and his brother Thomas Riley. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Chuck Riley Jr. and Debra Widner; and his sisters, Betty Easter and Shirley Cushion.
