He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his child Jami Cummings. He is survived by: his children, Cory Cummings (Matt), Lonnie Cummings and Ashlee Cummings (Derrick); his grandchildren, Logan, Trenton, Kylee, Dakota, Gabriel, Nevaeh, Emily, Alex, Alycia, Cyrianna and Landon; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Skylar; and his siblings, Lynn Newbrough and James Small.
