He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, William Qualls (Stacy), Michelle Qualls (Eddie Ruth) and Kim Hiller (Mark); and his grandchildren, Calvin, Avery, Alyssa, Jack, Jacob, Andrew and Nick.
