He was predeceased by: his brother Leo VanDerHulst. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen VanDerHulst; his daughters, Carrie (Glen VanDyke) and Cindy (Vince Goulet); his siblings, Joan (Mike Vander Kooi), Paul (Bonnie VanDerHulst) and Randy (Barb VanDerHulst); and his brother-in-law Robin (Cathy Strunk). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Wayne's honor may be given to Holland Symphony or Christ Memorial Music Ministries.
