He was predeceased by: his father Michael Burt. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Ackerson of Holland and Nancy Verheyen (Tony) of Waterford, Michigan; his grandchildren, Zachary Ackerson, Carlie Ackerson, Connor Verheyen (Olivia), Logan Verheyen and Morgan Verheyen; and his brother Leonard Victor of Holland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousin.
