She was predeceased by: her father Michael Kruchowski. She is survived by: her husband Tom Payton; her children, Christina Payton, Michael Payton (Melissa), Zachery Payton (Erin) and Rachel Payton (Jessie Knapp); her grandchildren, Ash Collins and Abigail Collins; her mother Donna Mae Kruchowski (VanWert); her siblings, Ken Kruchowski (Irene Jantz), Wayne Kruchowski (Elena Sprenger) and Michelle Rabish (Mark); her niece Lauren RabishSchulze (Thilo); her nephew Michael Rabish (Erin Carter); her sisters-in-law, Diane Payton and Debbie Payton; and her brother Michael David Kruchowski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
