He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Schurman and Marian Schurman; his parents-in-law, James and Jerine Rotman; his sister Judy Bosch; and his in-laws, Roger, Alma Rotman and Stan Windemuller.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Schurman; his children, Jeff Schurman (Robin) of Holland and Tricia Williams of Holland; his grandchildren, Kailey Nelson, Elyse Schurman, Christopher Williams and Andrew Schurman; and his in-laws, Earl Rotman (Joyce) of Holland, Hazel Windemuller of Holland, Cal Rotman (Bobbi) of Zeeland and Charlene Biolette (Ron) of Holland Funeral.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Prostate Cancer Foundation or Fellowship Church Youth Ministry.
