He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Overbeek and Hannah Overbeek. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Smith (Dan), Glenn Overbeek (Vicki), Rita Hoezee (Kelly) and Rhonda Lameyer (Steve); and his grandchildren, Mitch Nuismer (Tegan), Scott (Betsy), Nuismer, Ashley Duer (Jim), Erica Overbeek, Kurtis (Laura), Hoezee, Katelyn Bliek (Tyler), Allison Lameyer, Paige Lameyer and Chase Lameyer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Yntema Funeral Home (251 S State St, Zeeland, MI 49464).
