With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sidney Hibma (Holland, Michigan), who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Tiede Hibma and Elizabeth Hibma (Bartels); his wife Edna Martin; and his siblings, Carolyn Veldhoff, Bernice Hibma, Lena Hibma and Bernard Hibma.
He is survived by: his children, Steven, Suzanne Hibma, Sandra and Thomas Sokolowski; his grandchildren, Todd, Cindy Davis, Brent, Amy Davis, Steven, Jillian Davis, Travis, Joanne Lang, Levi Wall, Lisa, Chris Dekker, Jake, Holly Sokolowski, David, Jen Sokolowski, Andrew and Cirstin Sokolowski; and his sister-in-law Shirley Hibma. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
