She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gary Otte and Jeanette Otte (Diekema); her siblings, Warren and Susie; her husband Jim Hulst; her children, Dr. Lynda Hulst of Grand Rapids, Laura (Dave Morren), Thomas (Kellie Hulst), Dr. Timothy (Susi Hulst), Lisa and Dr. Pierce McCarty of Minneapolis; her siblings, Jim Otte and Sandra Edewaard; and her sister-in-law Marcia Otte. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
