He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Perkins and Elizabeth White Perkins; his son Eric Perkins; and his brother Lowell Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughter Kamal Perkins (Rick); his granddaughters, Heather Bridge (Geo), Erica Bridge and Emily Bridge; his stepson Eric Moss (Nicole); his grandson William Moss; his stepson Stephen Moss (Jeanette); and his grandsons, Everett and Grant. He is also survived by three children, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
