He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush and Mary Bush; his stepmother Matilda Bush; and his sister Sarah. He is survived by: his wife Rose Bush; his children, Tamala Bush TenCate, Kirk Bush, Todd Bush (Tina) and Troy Bush (Karen); his grandchildren, April Wallinga (Jason), Heather Reed (Dustin), Amber Bouma (Josh), Amanda Brenner (Chris), Katelyn Ferro (Brandon), Matthew Bush, Kyle Bush (Kathrine), Jennifer Ruiz England (Brian), Lisa Beverwyk (Brent), Logan Bush, Morgan Bush and Colin Bush; and his siblings-in-law, Fran Staat, Ruth Staat, Nick, Karen Staat, Judy Staat, Irene Wagner and Jim Staat. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
