He is survived by: his parents, Doug Dykstra and Arloa Dykstra; and his siblings, Mark Dykstra (Liz) of Arizona, LuAnn Barkel (Tom) of Georgia, Sally DeGraaf (Mark) of Michigan and Sarah Berends of Michigan. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.
