He is survived by: his wife Elva VanRegenmorter; his children, Jason VanRegenmorter and Lindsay Storm (Jared); his grandchildren, Parker, Seamus, Lincoln, Magdalene, Martino and Everleigh; and his brothers, Alfonso (Molly Rios), Michael (Alice Alanis), Rene Rios, Luis Rios, Robert (Erika Rios), Juan (Dolores Medellion) and Rod Miller (Estella Eaves). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
