She is survived by: her husband Jack Bannink; her children, Jilanne Bannink Misiewicz, Jeff (Marcia Bannink), Dan (Erin Bannink) and Cindi Bannink (Steve Brandes); her grandchildren, Cassie, Daniel Ault, Sadie Misiewicz, Camden Misiewicz, Janneke Bannink, Zane Bannink, Johan Bannink and Lucy Brandes; her siblings, Marcia Handlogten, Delores Thayer, David Mulder, Paul (Sheryl Mulder) and Dave (Jane Mulder); and her siblings-in-law, Chris De Jong (DeGroot), Gertrude Weening and Enbert Bannink.
