She was predeceased by: her parents, Madge Whitaker and Lee Whitaker; her husband Ken King; her siblings, Elmo Whitaker and Wanda Fuller; and her children, Lori Pate-Reeves and Ronnie Pate.
She is survived by: her children, William Pate of Texas and Denise Padoll (Bill) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
