She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Van Oss. She is survived by: her sister Donna Koopman; her sons, Derek Van Oss (Carrie), Kevin Westerhof, Steven Van Oss (Tricia) and Craig Westerhof; and her niece Brandi Lopez (Santos). She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
