She was predeceased by: her father Jan Beintema; and her niece Audria Jones-Sale. She is survived by: her daughter Alycia Beintema; her mother Trijntje Beintema; her sisters, Mae (John Wildey), Linda Jones and Janet (Noel Cuellar); her nephews, Kevin (Anne Wildey), Jon-Michael Jones and Mitchell (Kaitlyn Cuellar); and her niece Ryan Wildey.
