He is survived by: his wife Lynn (Jubin); his parents, Adam Koziol and Teresa Koziol; his brothers, John (Holly) and Robert (Edyta); his mother-in-law Noella Jubin; his sister-in-law Jill Miskelley (Steve); his nephew William; and his niece Chelsea Garcia (Jeremiah).
