She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Mereness and Lawrence Mereness; and her husband Paul. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Lubbers; her son-in-law Richard Lubbers; her grandchildren, Geoffrey Brown, Michael Brown and Alexandra Stornello; and her great grandchild Kairi Stornello.

Donations can be made to Stayton Library, in Stayton Oregon or Heading Home Pet Rescue of Holland, MI in lieu of flowers.
