She is survived by: her husband Jeff Nykerk; her children, Amber, Christopher Flier, Katie Nykerk, Alyssa and Skylar Sale; her granddaughters, Eleanor and Olivia Flier; her siblings, Darwin (Judy Koops), Linda Koops, Wesley (Glenda Koops) and Jean Hoffman (Bill Buikema); and her siblings-in-law, Marc Nykerk and Tasha Nykerk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Lonnie's diagnosis with Multiple System Atrophy and the wonderful care providers to her; memorial contributions may be given to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition or to Hospice of Holland.
