He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ramaker and Lois Mae Ramaker. He is survived by: his wife Lois; and his brothers, Mark (Barb Nagelkirk), Tom (Pat Riemersma) and Roger (Sandy Klynstra). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
