He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Kooiker; his parents, Henry Kooiker and Margaret Kooiker (Hop); and his siblings, Jay Kooiker (Gladys), Gertrude "Jean" Kooiker and Baby Boy Kooiker.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Kooiker (Kathy) and Barbara Bushman (Tobin); and his grandchildren, John Kooiker, Jeff Kooiker, Katie Kooiker and Kari Kooiker.
