She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Myrtle Ruth Backus (Sonley); her husband Ricky Lee Phelps; her stepfather George Raab; and her stepsister Diane Mihok.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Phelps (Karen) of Summerville, SC and Jeremy Moore of Holland; her grandchildren, Sierra, Mickey, Cheyenne, Rayce, Danica, Alex, Chloe and Damian; her great grandchildren, Adriel, Adaiah and Amirah; her sister Linda Good (Darryl) of Hudsonville; her stepsisters, Anita Nartker and Julie Louks (Dan); and her aunt Judy Backus-Flint of Blanchard. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
