She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Smeenge; and her daughter Julie Smeenge. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Linda Smeenge), Todd (Ellen Smeenge) and Jeremy (Dody Smeenge); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne and Bev Hop. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Providence Christian Reformed Church (821 Ottawa Ave, Holland, MI 49423). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bethany Christian Services, Providence Church of Holland, or Holland Christian Schools.
