Joyce Nienhuis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Nienhuis of Holland, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vern Nienhuis of Holland; and her daughter Vicki Lynn Kline. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Nienhuis of Holland, Diane and Scott Suits of Zeeland; her son-in-law Robert Kline of McKnightsville, SC; her grandchildren, Heidi, Kyle Miller of Holland, Holly Nienhuis of Holland, Michael, Jess Nienhuis of Howell, Tami, Jonathan Kates, Allen of Ladson, SC, Derek Kline of McKnightsville, SC, Jared, Courtney Suits of Ionia, MI, Eric, Alycia Suits of Dearborn, MI, Kyla, Thomas Ensley of Holland, MI and Shelby Suits (Julian Giakas) of St. Louis, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Dale (Chris Nienhuis) and Norma Nienhuis of South Haven. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church (630 State St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Live Stream First Reformed Church (630 State St, Holland, MI 49423).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be given to Hospice of Holland or National Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.
