He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Haveman. He is survived by: his children, Jonniah Haveman and Nickolas Haveman; his father Bernard Haveman; and his siblings, Laurie Haveman, Christine (Steve Roberts), Linda (Jeff LaFleur) and Sarah (Kevin Essenburg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
