He is survived by: his parents, Megan Horn and Mike Horn; his brother Luke Horn; his grandparents, Craig, Kathleen Horn, Jerry and Heide Scott; his great-grandparents, Marilyn Oldani Asensio and Ann Horn; his uncles, Bret (Amy Scott), Mathew (Sarah Scott) and Patrick (Amanda O'Brien); his aunt Lisa (Brenna Horn-Cronin); and his cousins, Scott, Julia, James, Joshua, Grace, Caleb, Adam, Hannah, Logan, Harper, Isabelle O'Brien and Delaney Horn-Cronin.
