With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacob William Horn (Holland, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Megan Horn and Mike Horn; his brother Luke Horn; his grandparents, Craig, Kathleen Horn, Jerry and Heide Scott; his great-grandparents, Marilyn Oldani Asensio and Ann Horn; his uncles, Bret (Amy Scott), Mathew (Sarah Scott) and Patrick (Amanda O'Brien); his aunt Lisa (Brenna Horn-Cronin); and his cousins, Scott, Julia, James, Joshua, Grace, Caleb, Adam, Hannah, Logan, Harper, Isabelle O'Brien and Delaney Horn-Cronin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ridge Point Community Church (340 140th Ave., Holland, MI 49423).
