With solemn reverence, we commemorate Ila J. Yonker of Holland, Michigan, whose life came to an end on February 7, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas A. Yonker; her daughter Yvonne Populis; and her brother Roger Baas. She is survived by: her children, Calvin Yonker (Linda), Valerie Reynolds (Keith), Craig Yonker (Velva) and Sharon Nanninga (Todd); her son-in-law William "Billy" Populis; her sisters, Karen Vanden Bos (Jim) and Linda Haven; and her in-laws, Carol Van Dyke (Carl), Linda Cook-Toren, Don Baker and Pete Yonker (Bette).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home (315 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Avenue Christian Reformed Church (259 Central Ave, Holland, MI 49423).
