He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Arnold and Mary Graham. He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Nichole Bier and William Bier; his grandchildren, Benjamin Bier, Madelyn Bier, Kathryn Bier, Jen Bier and David Bier; his siblings, Marsha and Bruce; and his brothers-in-law, Angelo and Russell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
