He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Mary VanDerMeulen), Dr. Douglas (Kathy VanDerMeulen) and Scot (Mary VanDerMeulen); his grandchildren, Beth, Jeff Maat, Alicia, Scott De Graaf, Dr. Matthew, Lacey VanDerMeulen, Amy, Benjamin Smith, Michael, Kirsten VanDerMeulen, Katelyn, Joel Meyers, Lisa and Mark Tanis; his siblings, Bruce (Mary VanDerMeulen), Ruth Lee, Marianne VanDerMeulen and Arlene Glass; and his in-laws, Gayle Hoag and Patti Bouwman. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, many extended family and friends.
