He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilberto Gonzalez Regalado and San Juana Espinoza; and his brother Luis Cantu. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Gonzalez; his children, Gizeh Gonzalez (Antonio Cuevas), Abi Guerra (Victor Guerra), Gamaliel Gonzalez (Jennifer Gonzalez) and Eunice Chico (Neftaly Chico); his grandchildren, Gabriel DeLaRosa, David DeLaRosa, Franki Chico, Noelani Chico, Rylee Boersen, Aida Chico, Arella Chico, Giana Cuevas, Gamaliel Gonzalez Jr., Sylis Gonzalez, O'rion Gonzalez, Antonio Cuevas Jr. and Amalia Cuevas; his great grandchildren, Izabella DeLaRosa and Gabriel DeLaRosa Jr.; his pets, Pecas, Kye, Natie, Annie, Sparky, Moso, Rocket, Tank, Ambrosia, Peanut, Mavis and Muffin; his sister Griselda DeLaFuente (Diego DeLaFuente); and his extended family, Velia Lopez, Maria Olague, Javier Olague and Gerardo Dillehay.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Est Dykstra Funeral Homes Downtown Holland Chapel (29 9th St, Holland, MI 49423). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Est Dykstra Funeral Homes Mulder Chapel (188 32nd St, Holland, MI 49423). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Pilgrim Home Cemetery (370 E 16th St, Holland, MI 49423).
