She was predeceased by: her parents, Minard "Mike" Boven and Helen Lutke Boven; her brother Wayne H. Boven; her sister-in-law Carol Euwema Boven; and her nephews, Adam and Aaron Garbrecht.

She is survived by: her daughters, Krista and Kenda Garbrecht. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lakeshore Memorial (11939 James St, Holland, MI 49424). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family to help offset funeral costs.
