She was predeceased by: her husband John Staat. She is survived by: her children, Fredrick, JoAnn Staat of Zeeland, Kathleen and William Marino of Grandville; her grandchildren, Amy, Jill, Katie, Bill, John and James; her great grandchildren, Sara, Andrew, Raymond and Derek; her great great grandchildren, Ava and Ivy; and her in-laws, Ruth Staat, Rose Bush, Nick, Karen Staat, Irene Wagner, James Staat and Judi Staat. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
