She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter DeWeerd and Nellie DeWeerd; her former husband Robert Johnson; her son Roger Kammeraad; her husband James Kammeraad (Robert Johnson); her siblings, John "Bud" DeWeerd and Pearline DeWeerd; and her sons, Ron Kammeraad (Kim), Norm Kammeraad (Karol) and Mark Kammeraad (Judy).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Kammeraad; her stepchildren, Tim Johnson (Pam), Mary Martin (Mike) and Todd Johnson (Renee); and her sibling Nelvin DeWeerd (Eleanor). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Holland.
