She was predeceased by: her husband Howard "Jerome" Deters; and her grandson Adam Rice. She is survived by: her children, Judy (Mohan Chacko), Sandra (Mark Rice), Randy (Mary Deters), Tom (Jan Deters), Barb (Mike Blystra) and Amy (David Bradley); her brother Norman (Elaine Lokker); and her brothers-in-law, Justin (Joyce Deters) and Alvin (Marion Deters). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
