He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Budd" Clark and Elina Clark (Kernick); his former wife Bille Clark (Garlick); and his sister Sue Rose Eckard. He is survived by: his wife Florence (Barrett); his children, Kristen Clark, Kevin Clark of Pennsylvania, Carrie DeBoer of Florida, Casey Clark (Allissa) of Michigan and Carley Baeseman (Joshua) of Wisconsin; and his brother-in-law Roger Kuite (Mary). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holland Hospital ICU or Rose Park Reformed Church.
