He was predeceased by: his father Allen Slagh; his brother Randy Slagh; and his wife Lola Slagh. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Slagh; his brother Gary Slagh; and his close friends, Mitch Glass, John Newhouse, Nacho Robles, Jack Wainer, Vern Brouwer (Renee) and Dwight DeVries. He is also survived by his family and many close friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
