He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nienhuis; his daughters, Sara (Philip Quinn) and Beth (Matthew Vanderhyde); his grandchildren, Spencer Mohr, Trevor Mohr, Chloe Mohr, Samuel Vanderhyde and Clara Vanderhyde; his sisters, Ellen (Paul Hoekstra) and Carol (Wes Mesman); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Kort, Kenneth Kort and Robert (Christina Kort).
