She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth (Jim Vogelzang), Pat (John Dykstra), Mark (Julie Hoffmeyer) and Kathy (Scott Cook); her great grandchildren, Katie, James Vogelzang Wallace, Amy and Mitch Disselkoen; and her grandchildren, Sara, Tim Monsma, Jessica, Luke Berkey, Emily, James Murray, Amanda, Eddie Seymour (Liam), Rachel, Ryan Deters, Brit Cook (Pason) and Matt Cook (Kori Whitby).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Cork's name to Holland Christian Schools.
