She was predeceased by: her son Dan Chaffee (Alice) of Holland, MI; her parents, Andrew Sjoerdsma and Reka Sjoerdsma (Winesma); her siblings, Alyce Holscher, Ann Kunz, Dorothy Tamminga and Andy Sjoerdsma; and her sons, Walter and James.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Chaffee (Pam) of White Cloud, MI and Steve Chaffee of Hudsonville, MI; and her brother Richard Sjoerdsma (Mary) of Kenosha, WI..
