He was predeceased by: his former wife Leona; and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his children, Carl, Carrie Blauwkamp, Robert Blauwkamp, Patty and Paul Barnes; his granddaughters, Madison, Mackenzie and Makayla Blauwkamp; his brother Joel (Angie Blauwkamp); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Blauwkamp and Charlotte Scholten.
Memorial contributions may be given to Rose Park Baptist Church or Holland Christian Schools.
