Carolyn M. Van Dyke Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard and Iva Westerhof; her sons-in-law, Mark Kuite and Sheldon Booth, Jr.; her great grandchild Kimberly Kuite; her husband Lloyd Van Dyke; her children, Pam Booth, Paula Gilmore (Michael), Debra Therrian, Sally Elenbaas (Dave) and Thomas Van Dyke; her grandchildren, Michael, Erika, Joshua, Daniel and Ryan; and her brother Phillip Westerhof (Pamela). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
