Carleen Elizabeth Overholt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carleen Elizabeth Overholt of Holland, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry J. Ponitz and Jeanette Ponitz (Bouwman); her husband Dr. Hubert G. Overholt; her son Bryan Overholt; her granddaughter Sarah; her sons, Alex (Alexandra) and Richard "Rick" Overholt; her grandson Neil (Michelle); her stepchildren, Monika, Max and Zach; her daughters, Marie LaPlante (Jerry) and Martha Bay (Brian); her granddaughters, Jeanette Girard (Joe) and Catherine; her great grandchild Sebastian; her grandson Brian E.; and her brother Dr. David H. Ponitz. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
