With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda G. (Schout) Michel (Holland, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Don Schout and Lee Michel; her sister Lorraine Horn (Bud); and her brothers-in-law, Arnie Disselkoen, Paul Koop and Wayne Schout.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Schout (Brenda) and Nancee Branderhorst (Arlan); her grandchildren, Andrew Schout (Katie), Erin Birkenmeier (Dave), Kaleigh McKinney (Craig), Abby Branderhorst (Josué Villacis) and Emily Baareman (Seth); her brother Randy Lokers (Bonnie); her in-laws, Norma Disselkoen, Judy Koop, Wanda Bobeldyk and Lloyd Schout (Melva); and her close friend Mike Otenti. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Holland.
