He is survived by: his children, Julie, Ryan Bykerk, Emily, Tom Whisenhunt, Benjamin, Alexander, David, Nicholas, Evelyn, Aaron and Carleigh Tubergen; and his siblings, Nancy (Jay Tucker), Julane (Mark DeBoer), Von Tubergan and Joan Kortman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
