He was predeceased by: his parents, Amon Milford Halliwill and Anna Caroline Halliwill (Reynolds); and his brother-in-law Gene Kope. He is survived by: his children, Heidi Anne Halliwill (Arthur VanLieu) of Quincy, MI and William Joseph Halliwill, II of Osseo, MI.; his grandchildren, Aries Anne VanLieu and David Arthur VanLieu; and his siblings, Frederick Amon Halliwill (Claire) of Somerset, MI, Roberta Louise Ostrander (Robert) of Union City, TN, Dennis Leroy Halliwill (Janice) of Jackson, MI, Esther Caroline Wise (Forrest) of Addison, Mi, Judith Dianne Kramer of Fayette, Thomas Harold Halliwill (Joyce) of Roscommon, MI and Beverley Ann Kope of Harrah, OK.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
